An honours graduate from Aberdeen University, Niall joined Davidson & Robertson Rural in 2001.
Niall’s specialisms are:-
- Letting and land occupation agreements
- Pipelines
- Valuations of rural property
- IT systems and computer mapping
Niall’s flagship project has been Concorde, where he acted for National Museums of Scotland to bring Concorde into East Fortune. His involvement included negotiating and liasing with landowners to provide an access corridor across land in East Lothian, and to advise on land issues. Amongst other things he is currently advising clients affected by the Airdrie-Bathgate and Linked Improvements Bill, currently progressing through the Scottish Parliament.
Niall sits on the RICS Scotland Environment Faculty Board and is the Junior Vice-Chair of the RICS matrics Scotland Executive Committee.
